Tania El Khoury is a Lebanese producer working between Beirut and Paris. After studying filmmaking and psychology in Beirut, she joined the independent Paris-based production company "Moby Dick Films", where she served as Legal and Financial Manager until 2019, building extensive experience in the development and production of film projects. In 2017, she founded "Khamsin Films" in Beirut, followed by the creation of "Les films de l'Altaï" in Paris in 2020. She produced Ghassan Salhab's "The River", selected for the International Competition at the Locarno Film Festival in 2021, Sonia Ben Slama's documentary "Machtat", presented at ACID Cannes 2023, and Hussen Ibraheem's short film "Manity", recipient of the Netflix Fund for Creative Equity x AFAC in 2022. In 2024, she was selected for the ACE Network programme and, in 2026, became a member of the European Film Academy and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
