Khaoula Regragui is a Moroccan director and actress, with a degree in film and audiovisual studies and training in acting for the screen. Her artistic career lies at the intersection of directing, writing and acting.
She has directed several short films, including “Oumamoun Amtaloukoum”, selected at the International Women’s Film Festival of Salé, “Wlah Manaawed”, winner of the first prize at the Moroccan Short Mobile Film Contest, and “Butterfly”, selected at the Mobile Film Festival Africa. Her film “Black Balloon” was also screened at the Marrakech Short Film Festival and during the German Film Week in Rabat.
Alongside her work as a director, she continues to work as an actress in film and television, with several roles in Moroccan productions. Her artistic and academic background shapes a sensitive perspective on cinema and the different forms of audiovisual creation.
