Zoubaida Ettalii is a young filmmaker and an ISMAC graduate based in Rabat. She tells personal and poetic stories, often exploring themes like women’s experiences, memory, illness, and family. She has written and directed several short films, including “Sweet Burden”, “Nictonora”, “Autostop”, and “Nbitat Mi”, all drawn from deeply emotional and lived perspectives. Passionate about cinema as a space for expression, healing, and reflection, Zoubaida continues to explore bold, intimate narratives that give voice to untold stories particularly those of Moroccan women navigating tradition, silence, and resistance.
